Autumn/Winter 2010 at All Saints: A Sponsored Post

What with the weather being as crap as it is, I think we can safely say that summer is now well and truly behind us. I’m excited to be going to Milan tomorrow with work (hmm – one week late, perhaps?), so I might squeeze a little bit more sunshine out of the season, but otherwise, it’s pretty much winter, isn’t it?

The new season women’s clothing at All Saints is pretty representative of how I want to dress this season; leather jackets, boots, and lots of skull-emblazoned bits and bobs… of course.

The next few months also bring with them award season – for the hair industry at least. I’ve got one dress down, but when you’re hanging out with the same people at an event every week, you really need (no but really) a different outfit each time.  All Saints have a nice collection of women’s evening dresses, which are a cut above the usual high street offerings, and do a perfect job of disguising my inner goth in a suitably grown-up way. This Layla dress (two models, one name!) is less goth, but perfect for these hairdressing events when ‘black tie’ actually means, ‘nice dress from the high street’.

While All Saints do a cracking line in women’s leather jackets (such as the Cobra Leather Bomber and Owain Studded Jacket, above), they’ve also got some awesome tassled leather gilets – for those of us (all of us?) who want to recreate the Cavalli show. This Asta number is pretty much spot on.

All Saints are also purveyors of fine women’s boots, such as the Yuni and Savitr models above. I think it’s time to stop kidding myself that my stacked heel Doc Martens are suitable winter footwear; the Yuni is a far more suitable option for stomping around Oslo in the sleet… right?

On another note, if anyone wants to buy me either this relatively epic Skull Candle or the frankly delicious-looking Zhanna Playsuit, you’ll find my contact details up there on the right.
