Fur Coat, No Knickers

One of the best things about living in New Cross is the daily fashion parade. There’s a school opposite my house and watching the sixth formers tramp in each morning (uhm, does that sound weird?) is like enjoying a Topshop focus group on your doorstep. On top of that there’s the always-interesting art students in all their finery and the local families who seem make more effort than anyone on the planet and always look amazing. Veritable fashion parade, as I say.

One thing you don’t see much of is metallers which is why seeing this beaut today was such a treat;

Lady, I don’t know who you are but you make NX a better place for all of us and I hope you’re at KISS next week, because I’ll be looking out for you. And, uh, sorry for taking a creepy photo of you.
